Please have your groomsmen take to a men's formal attire shop and ask for a courtesy fitting. Then call or email us with the measurements. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of ordering. This can be done with a credit card or money order. The tuxedos should be ordered 4-6 weeks before the event date. All tuxedos are due the following Monday after the event. Tuxedos are guaranteed to arrive in the shop 1-2 business days before the even. Louisa's recommends that the tuxedo be tried on immediately to allow for any adjustments that may be needed. Click on the following link for the form.

Bridal, Bridesmaid or Prom Measurement Guide
Please have your measurements taken by a formal wear professional. For gown orders we need the following measurements:
Bust - Take around the fullest part of the
bust under arms.
Waist - Take around the smallest part of the
waist, usually a little above the belly
button.
Hips - Take around the fullest part of thigh
and backside
Height - make sure to measure with the shoe Special Order Policy for Gowns
heel size you will be wearing with the
gown. This applies only to wedding
gown orders.
Also it helps to know the current size you wear, if you are expecting, losing weight, etc.??

Due to the special nature of the merchandise we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. We are happy to help you choose your size, however, the customer is responsible for determining which size garment to be ordered based on the manufacturer's size chart recommendations and/or in-store-samples. Please verify the style, size, color and special instructions before placing your order. Your special ordered garment may require alterations, for example; a hem, shoulder and/or side seam adjustment as they are not cut to individual measurements. Custom fitting arrangements and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
